Today was the second time I called Donovan for a service call to do a repair, nothing urgent. He was here very quickly, just 2 days later! He had everything he needed to complete the job, got right to work and finished up in a short time. He had taken pictures to show me how the repair was done. Aside from being a skilled plumber, Donovan is a genuinely nice guy who really cares about going the extra step to take care of his customers. He texted me twice with his ETA and showed up on time. Before he left, he asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at. Just so happens that there was and he jumped right on it , fixed in 5 minutes!
